Does everyone who walks into your school realize you are on social media? I’m talking students, parents, visitors, staff members… everyone!
This is the easiest way to communicate your social media presence – and it costs just $7 to $17 for each entrance.
Check out these awesome, durable door stickers that we ordered from a local sign provider for each of our full management schools. Each sign lists the school hashtag and provides handles and QR codes so people can quickly navigate to the main social media accounts, Facebook and Instagram.

We do this because it’s a quick, visual reminder for people to connect with your school online. It’s an offline message to drive people online!
Just about everyone is on social media anyway, so why not capitalize on the fact that your audience is already scrolling on their phones? Social media is where you build connections, tell stories, and celebrate all the amazing things happening at your school.
How to Get Social Media Signs for Your School
Step 1
Choose your sticker size. We started out by ordering 18” x 12 ” stickers, and then found that the 10.5” x 7” stickers were a little more versatile. Look at the glass doors and/or windows where these will go (entry doors, door to the school office, etc.) and decide which size works best.
Step 2
Create your window sticker design. We’ve made it easy with some editable Canva templates that you can customize with your school branding and information:
Step 3
Find a local print shop to print your stickers. We paid $7 for each smaller sticker and roughly $16.50 for each larger sticker.
Pro Tip: Install these when it is at least 45 degrees outside. So, if you live in a climate that gets colder than that, make sure you order these in a timeframe that makes sense!
